DAPHNE, ALABAMA, October 13, 2008 — At The Tameron Honda Eastern Shore, Honda Civic Tour national-sweepstakes winner Christy Martinez met the car of her dreams – the Honda Civic Hybrid tricked out with custom design features and autographs galore by 2008 Honda Civic Tour headliner Panic At The Disco.

 

“Not every band gets the opportunity to customize their own car,” notes Panic at the Disco's guitarist Ryan Ross, “Which is just one of the reasons the Honda Civic Tour is so cool. We spent a lot of time on the design to make sure it was something our fans would be truly excited about.  And this particular car is a hybrid, so you really can’t go wrong there.”

 

Martinez’s new pride and joy – its embellishment was inspired by the artwork for Panic At The Disco’s album, Pretty. Odd. – was an object of desire on each stop of the 2008 Honda Civic Tour, where it was displayed in all its glory at major venues from coast to coast.  Martinez is a resident of Daphne, AL and Tameron Honda Eastern Shore, located at 9871 Justina Ave. in Daphne, is her local Honda dealership.
