We had an absolute great experience due mainly to the help & advice provided by the Service Advisor, Mike Robinson.  Mr. Robinson correctly diagnosed our vehicle's problem and advised additional items that needed attention.  His expertise along with his mannerisms made our visit enjoyable and most beneficial

My husband and I bought a 2010 Honda Accord 3 weeks ago.  A rainy night didn't seem like the best time to buy a car, bt we were excited to test drive and try our luck.  Customer service at Tameron Honda was excellent. We spent time walking around with Joel Bailey who showed us all the complimentary perks that the dealership offers while owners wait for maintenance and check ups.

Even in the rain, Joel made sure that we didn't leave without knowing all of the Accord's features.  During the process, about 5 people greeted us and were genuine, sincere, and very up front with everything during the entire process.

We feel like part of the Tameron Family and will be getting our service done there to take advantage of the extended warranty only offered at Tameron.  We further commend you on your charitable events, for example the "pet adoption event" really shows your impact on the local community. 

Bottom Line:  When it comes time to buy another Honda, we will make sure Tameron Honda gets our business.

Tameron Honda never ceases to amaze me at the wonderful service you provide.  Years of conditioning have trained us all to expect the worst when getting our car service, but Tameron breaks that paradigm.  As I wait for my car to be ready, I see time after time the corteousness of the staff accross the board toward all their customers.  The Tameron Staff treats everyone as if they are a guest in their home.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Tameron from purchasing my car from Bobbie to this latest experience with Mike.  You all are awesom!.

Why Tameron?

There is a reason I choose to bring my vehicle to the dealership instead of any other service establishment. From my original purchase of this vehicle while it was Honda by the Bay, to the new Tameron Honda, every service person has been courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Being a single mom and woman I have always been treated with the utmost respect and never tried to be sold on something that I did not need or taken advantage of. I will continue to bring my vehicle in for service and this will be my first place of choice to purchase another vehicle, when the time comes.

To Whom It May Concern

I found your dealership through an internet search.  I called Jason Bradley, Internet Sales Manager, on Friday, June 13th and explained to him what I needed.  He seemed very optimistic and invited me over.  The following day, I met him at the dealership at 3:30.  Not only was Jason extremely friendly and always smiling, I was met with the same by every Tameron Honda Eastern Shore employee I saw that day.  You all really have a great group there!

I was worried that I would be unable to trade in my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ due to the current market conditions.  As it happens, I worked for nothing.  Jason did an amazing job!  He was so professional and willing to go way above and beyond to help me.  To say that I am very happy with the help I received from Jason is an understatement.  He is a very valuable employee, and the car I purchased (2008 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L) is great! We absolutely LOVE the new Accord coupe.  The gas mileage is awesome and the ride is smooth and enjoyable.  Heads turn as this car goes by.  Even our local Honda dealership said they did not see this color often and complemented us on our choice.  I just want you to know that we feel a great peace about this choice.

I send my deepest thank you for the level of service that your staff provided me during a recent visit to your service department.

Marc Dapremont went out of his way to assist me with my vehicle problem.

I had my vehicle towed to your service center on Monday, 7 July 2008, toward the close of business. Marc contacted me and let me know that he would have a service tech diagnose the problem the first thing in the morning. The following morning, Marc informed me that I would need a new transmission and provided me with a cost estimate and tentative completion date.

I promptly arrived Friday afternoon at four to pick up my vehicle. Marc's time line was spot on; the vehicle was repaired, cleaned nicely, and the paperwork was all wrapped up. I was delighted that the repair estimate was abit higher than the cost paid. Before we departed, Marc took the time to quickly diagnose a problem with my air conditioner and was able to correct the problem within five minutes of me purchasing the parts from your parts counter. Lastly, Marc was able to arrange for me to drop off the rental car I had been driving at your dealership instead of at the airport. This arrangement saved me one additional hour of drive time toward my trip home.

I am in the military and have been to many dealerships throughout the United States. The team members at your dealership are very professional,communicate effectively, and are by far, the most friendly I've worked with.The waiting area is very comfortable and the piping hot fresh FREE coffee is fantastic. Once again, thank you for the level of service your team provides.

To whom it may concern:

      I was out of town (four hours away) and my car would not start.  I had someone jump the car off and I called the service dept at Tameron.  I spoke with Keith in the service dept and he worked me right into his schedule.  I then called in to get the address to put into my GPS, my cell phone was going in and out and Shannon was very patient and helpful in getting an address that would who up in the GPS.  After I got there, Marc met me outside and took over very efficiently and Ronnie drove me to my appointment, we had a very pleasant conversation, which I enjoyed very much.  When I returned for the car everything was in order and the lady (did not get her name) who checked me out was very nice and professional.  The entire process went very smoothly.  Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful.  My day did not start out looking too good and could have taken a nosedive had it not been for everyone at Tameron being very efficient at their job.  The car problem was only one out of about four or five things that was not going as planned.  So when the car wouldn't' start and it had to be jumped off and I had to drive four hours without stopping, the smiles, pleasant reception and helpfulness really made the difference in how I felt when I left there yesterday.  Most people don't understand that no matter what your job in life is, if they do it well and with a smile they can make a difference in someone's day.  Tameron employees GOT IT!!! And I was thankful for each part of the process that went without any snags.  Thank you for making my day end on a good note.

It is unusual to see that now in the "it's all about me world".  It was a very refreshing experience.  Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.  Keep it up!! You just can't beat good service with a smile.
